Honey with Chillies - 300g

Something a little different.

Fresh Chillies in Honey. This came from a customer request, but works so well. The jars contain one whole thin chillies submerged in honey.

The chilli can be used in cooking, or eaten raw, but due to being held in the honey, makes the taste sweet but hot, the remaining honey then has a hotter flavour.
